About us

As we embraced this journey, we also recognized the importance of using eco-friendly products. Transitioning to sustainable materials not only benefits the environment but also enhances the quality of our work. By opting for products free from harsh chemicals, we’ve seen firsthand how they don’t react negatively with common cleaning agents like shampoos and soaps. This means our clients can maintain their spaces without worrying about damaging the surfaces we’ve installed.

At Super Sealed, we prioritize the well-being of our employees, ensuring they work with safe, eco-friendly products. We understand that a healthy work environment translates to better quality service for our clients. By caring for our team and the planet, we create lasting relationships built on trust and integrity.

I take immense pride in my work, knowing that I’m helping clients protect their investments and create beautiful, functional spaces that last. My journey has been shaped by my family’s legacy and my commitment to excellence, and I am excited to share this vision with you. Together, let’s build a future where every tile installation stands the test of time, positively impacting our homes and the environment.

Christian Paone and Super Sealed

From a young age, I was immersed in the world of tiling, learning the craft alongside my father and older brothers in Italy. My passion for this art form was nurtured through countless hours spent perfecting techniques and understanding materials. By the age of 15, I was already deeply engaged in the trade, developing a keen eye for detail and a profound appreciation for quality workmanship.

In our family, tiling was more than just a job; it was a legacy. Together, we established our own tile and stone studio, where we strived to create beautiful, lasting spaces. However, as I ventured into the industry, I began to notice a troubling pattern. Despite our dedication to delivering high-quality results, many of our projects, particularly showers and balconies, were experiencing issues far too soon after completion. This prompted me to seek answers.

Through careful observation and reflection, I realized that the root of the problem often lay in the grouting process. As tilers, we were focused on finishing projects quickly, sometimes using overly watered-down grouts for ease of application. In doing so, we inadvertently compromised the integrity of our work. I began to understand how critical the quality of grouting was, as it serves as a barrier against moisture. When grouting absorbs water, it can lead to trapped moisture beneath tiles, resulting in mold, efflorescence, and other damaging reactions that ultimately caused leaks.

This newfound understanding ignited a passion within me to change the narrative. In 2022, I founded Super Sealed, a company dedicated to leak repairs and ensuring the longevity of tiled surfaces. My mission is to educate others about the importance of proper materials and techniques, emphasizing that the finishing touches, like grouting, are just as vital as the initial installation.
